1. The Online Application System for International Students is for the applicants of Chinese Government Scholarship programs or scholarship programs under the management of CSC to submit online and print the hard copies of your application documents.

　　2. First-time users should register before entering the online application page.

　　3. CSC only accepts recommended applications from the dispatching authorities in your home country. The Agency Number, which can only be got from the dispatching authorities upon recommendation, is a must for online application.

　　4. Please use Internet Explorer (6.0 or 7.0).Menu selection functions may not work in other browsers.
